During office hours that reaches Courtney, and she has the authority to put a technician back on your calendar the same day — she does not have to ask anyone. If it is bigger than that, it goes to Seth or Thomas, and it goes there the same day, not after a week of tickets. There is no regional manager and no corporate escalation queue, because there is no corporate. The two people who own this company are the two people who decide how your problem gets fixed.
