The process

What Happens After You Book

You get a call back to confirm. Courtney or another TLS employee, not an automated message.
You get an arrival window — a window, not “sometime Tuesday.”
A TLS employee arrives. Background checked, live scanned and drug tested. We do not subcontract, so the person at your door works here.
We diagnose before we price. Static pressure gets measured on every service call, including a fifteen-minute one. Nothing is touched until you have a written price and have agreed to it.

Same-day service is usually available, and we will tell you honestly when it is not. A booking confirmed for tomorrow morning is worth more than a promise about today that we cannot keep.

What It Costs to Get Us Out

There is a diagnostic fee on a repair service call, and we tell you the amount when you book — not when the technician is standing at your door.

We are a Florida State Certified contractor, license CAC1822364, and nothing gets quoted before it gets diagnosed. Repair work is priced in writing before anything is touched, and under our No Change Order Guarantee the price does not move once you have agreed it.
